The Plot: Fan Xian, born in the ancient empire of Southern Qing, inexplicably possesses memories from the 21st century. Wanting to learn about his mysterious past, he ventures to the capital, only to be entangled in the intrigues of the Emperor.
Zhang Qing was a college student and he wanted Professor Ye to be his graduate teacher. For convincing her, Zhang took part in a writing competition and hoped to use his own novel to make Professor Ye to be moved.
Fan was assassinated by an official of Jianchayuan called Teng Zijing. The latter was beaten by Fan and later got the information that the order of killing Fan was fake.
Fan was allowed to get into the temple. He met a girl with a drumstick in her hand. They fell in love at first sight. But Fan forgot to ask for her name. Later, the person who allowed Fan to get into the temple left there and he was the emperor of Qing.
Fan knew from Fan Jian, his father that he was back to marry Lin Wan'er who was the Illegitimate daughter of Li Yunrui who was the eldest princess of Qing to take over Neiku which controlled the finances of Qing that used to belong to Ye Qingmei who was Fan's mother.
